Over 20 years ago, on this auspicious night, I was born. Muahaha!!
Unfortunately, I have work today. But at least it’s not the usual work day from morning to evening. Today is the second full-house rehearsal for the school concert, and it’s in the afternoon. The rehearsal was held at one of the branches which has a recital room and a grand piano inside. The room was small though, so there was not enough space for everyone. After the rehearsal and briefing, I rushed over to Takashimaya to meet my siblings. Tonight, I’ll be having steak, a special treat by my siblings. Teehee!
The Angus restaurant in Takashimaya is actually a bistro. Yellow, dim lights create a romantic atmosphere, added by candles on each table. We ordered sets, except my sister. Each portion might be small, but by the time we finish every course we were all very full and satisfied. The only thing I didn’t like was the Fruit Punch. It was essentially a sugar drink so sweet that I felt like I’ll be diabetic after one glass. I kept pouring in water to dilute it. =P Some of you might think: what am I thinking having fruit punches in a bistro? Well, I don’t really like alcohol.^^ Fruit juices are fine with me.
Halfway through the meal, the birthday song was played by the piano. I meant ‘played by the piano’ because it’s actually a digital upright piano which the piano keys go down on it’s own throughout the music. Imagine a ghost playing a birthday song for me. =P
Now, feast your eyes on them!!!
(Sorry for the bad quality of the pictures, they were taken using handphone.)

My first try on medium-done beef steak.
After dinner, we went home to cut up the cake bought the night before. Courtesy of my dear brother.

Thanks you sooooo much, my dear, dear siblings. *muakz* Love you so!
